I WANT MY CREATIVITY BACK!!!

I was on Who, What, Wear.com and they had an article on Erin Wasson, the super model with the great rocker/grungy edge to her. She created jewelry with LowLuv and has these beautiful bracelets, "the new collection is a mix of Egyptian and Scandinavian influences" . After reading this I knew that I needed to get my butt in gear. Lately I have been feeling very disconnected from my creativity. When I see images from the websites I visit for clothes, accessories, etc. I get depressed because I want to be creating like that! A while ago I designed a cross, I have sold a few of them at the theatre I work in but not outside of that. I want to design more jewelry, but don't seem to have any ideas.

I have a black tie wedding coming up for my dear friend Katie. After reading the Who What Wears book I knew to look for a celebrity whom I think I have the same kind of body type. I chose Scarlett Johansen, whom I think I sorta have the same body type (maybe just the same boobie size!). Looking online I found THE dress I wanted. She wore it on the red carpet for the 'Other Boylin Girl" showing in Berlin. I cant find who the original designer was, but whomever made this dress its beautiful!

Anyways, I found the dress but couldn't find it online to buy (obvi done by a cheaper designer) so I contacted my friend Claudia. Claudia is a costume maker in NYC and she also works for my theatre. After being fitted and told what fabric to find I suddenly got a burst of creativity and thought..."You know, I have been wanting some clothes that I cant find online or in stores. Maybe I should just design them and have Claudia make them for me?" So that's where I am right now. I wanna design some pieces that would look good on my body: thick legs, curvy waist, boobies, and butt. I want the clothing to be classy and tasteful but fun and current. So stay tuned peeps!

Its my pleasure to serve you!

So I have become more and more in love with the old fashioned coffee mugs that you find around NYC. Today I just had to have a cuban bfast so I went and got myself a chorizo sausage omelet, a orange and carrot juice blend, and a cafe con leche that came in the mug I love sooo much.

At the MOMA store, they carry porcelain mugs that are just like the paper "We are happy to serve you" mugs, so every day is a great STRONG coffee day!
